As part of the Students of Utrecht Drama Society’s annual One Act Festival 2022, I wrote a short play — which then turned into a short film, given the pandemic, the limited capacity in the spaces available, and the fact that performing in front of an audience of fifteen isn’t all that great. It would’ve been a shame for the amazing efforts of everyone involved not be shown off, so please enjoy! My eternal gratitude to the cast and crew for their support, enthusiasm and noodles in making this script a reality 💛

Ivy, Naya and Fey are roommates — and they’ve all just had a pretty damn shit day. Only one person is to blame for this: fucking Brian. As they come home and rant to one another about how he is just, like, the absolute worst kind of human garbage, it turns out there might be a reason for all these strong feelings flying around. And if there is one thing certain about feelings, it’s that sooner rather than later, something needs to be done about them.
